"I started agar agar session with Vanillabeansg and immediately fell in love with it, together with 3D Jelly. Their sessions were extremely interesting, informative and entertaining. Teachers were very patient with beginners like us, explained and demonstrated the whole process. I myself have picked up some very good pointers from the teachers, acquired some new skills which I have never dream of. We learnt through our own mistakes in the making of the agar & jelly cakes, happy that teachers there were always there to encourage us. I have attended a few courses taught at the Vanilla Bean SG with Ms Janet Su and a few other instructress. Ms Janet Su and the other instructress are very resourceful and helpful not forgetting maintaining a good rapport with the students and the environment is one of friendly and entertaining. Having said that, i learnt jelly flowers years back and couldn't make it. I, decided to refresh this beautiful artwork at Janet's and much to my surprise i was able to produce my "little masterpiece" with the assistance and patience i got from Janet and one of the instructor.
